By applying to and enrolling in The Amethyst Playbook, operated by Charmed Consulting & Solutions LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Enrollment is application-based and not guaranteed. If approved, your spot is confirmed upon completion of payment. Pricing is determined by when your application is submitted, and payment must be completed within the timeframe provided in your approval to secure your spot.
All payments for The Amethyst Playbook are final. There are no refunds, regardless of attendance — every live session is recorded and made available to you, so lack of attendance does not affect your access to the material. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after enrollment is a breach of these Terms. Charmed Consulting & Solutions LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, along with any associated legal fees and costs, in the event of a chargeback.
Before payment is processed, all participants are required to review and sign an enrollment agreement acknowledging these Terms, including the no-refund and chargeback policy stated above.
